How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections or custom builder, select your size and frame color, upload your artwork or photo (if required), and proceed to checkout.
Do you deliver across Nyeri town?
Yes! We offer delivery across Nyeri town. Delivery fees may vary by location and order size.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most standard orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days. Custom and large set orders may take up to 10 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is processed, we'll send you tracking updates via email or WhatsApp.
Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa through our paybill.
Do you accept deposits or partial payments?
For custom or bulk orders, we accept a 50% deposit with the balance due on delivery.
What's your return or refund policy?
We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there's a production error on our part.
